With Alpha 0.7 we get in DEPTH mechanics... sorry.

New randomly generating Open pit mine systems:

they look a little funky and basic, but they can be as small as 5 rooms or, theoretically, infinite (but this is highly unlikely). These mines are going to be higher level areas that will lead to a worth-while item or challenge. These are not implemented yet, as items are currently restricted to only the basic dream catcher, but should always be a challenge for those who dare.


The return of the Ajo mine:

This is a return of a feature lost a few versions ago. The Ajo mine is planned to be the first real exploratory area for new players. Eventually there will be story elements hinted at or hidden within the mine itself; as for now, it is home to the basic dream catcher. So if you want a companion fighting with you, you'll need to enter the abyss!


A change in how Overworld Apacies follow you around:

This isn't unique to specific Apacies (and may never be fully), but Apacies now move more or less erratically depending on how much that species can focus. Duscape darts back and forth relentlessly, while Ojolla wanders more carefully.


An actual, lvl up screen!

There was more work into this than you may realize, but mostly it was time consuming. The menu now auto populates with individual Apacies depending on what they gain that level and who is changing. Stats always appear, moves are occasional, and eventually abilities should come into play. It looks a little messy, but there are a few visual changes I want to do for next update.


I hope you all enjoy, next update should have more visuals and the start of the story. I've forced myself into a situation where I have to think up at least 1 story for this setting, and I'm seeing how it is going to play out! Hopefully you'll see the fruits that process will bear.
